Refund Policy: Thank you for choosing Skyway Global Services for your educational needs. Please review our refund policy carefully.
1. Refund Eligibility
Once you have purchased one of our courses, enrolled in a workshop (offline or online), or subscribed to our services, operated by Skyway Global Services, please be aware that all such purchases are non-refundable. We do not offer refunds for any of our services.
2. Course or Workshop Changes
In certain cases, we understand that circumstances may require changes to your course or workshop participation. You have the following options: You may choose to join a different batch (for online and offline courses or workshops). You can request to have another candidate attend the course or workshop in your place. This request must be made at least 48 hours before the course or workshop starts.
3. Completion Certificate
The completion certificate will only be issued once, and it will be in the name of the candidate who attends the full course or workshop and successfully passes the required examination or completes the necessary assignments.
4. Requesting Changes
If you need to request a batch change or a candidate name transfer, please contact our support team using the respective support email addresses provided in the FAQ section of the course or workshop. Your request should be submitted at least 48 hours before the course or workshop begins. After this period, no changes in batch or candidate name will be considered.
5. Non-Attendance
If you fail to attend the course or workshop, you will be marked as absent. No extended access will be provided beyond the specified validity of modules/lessons, and you will not be eligible for a refund.
6. Discretion of Refunds
Please note that any requests for batch transfers, refunds, or cancellations are at the discretion of Skyway Global Services. We will assess these requests on a case-by-case basis.
7. Technical Support
If you encounter technical issues while using our services, please follow these steps:
Contact the respective support email addresses provided in the FAQ section of the course or workshop. Our support team will assist you in resolving the technical issue, with a minimum response time of 2 working days.
In the event that we are unable to resolve your technical issue, a FULL refund will be initiated. This refund policy is applicable only to technical issues.
